Established in 2003 by Dr. Chad Szymanski, Wheatfield Family Medicine is located in the heart of the Town of Wheatfield. Our practice is easily accessible to those in North Tonawanda, Tonawanda, Amherst, Pendleton, Sanborn, Niagara Falls, and Lewiston. The physicians not only practice here in Wheatfield but are also residents of the local community.
